[login to view URL] We have this application we want some customization User/Guest: · User Payment Options Paypal, By card & Pay Later(If they chose to pay later then booking status pending and in user portal user get pay option up to 24hrs if they do not pay booking ll to be canceled automatically ) · Should cancel the booking (Cancelation Policy: same day or previous day cancel no refund, 2 to 6 days before: 30% refund, 7 to 12 days: 50%, 12+: 80% refund) Agent Panel: · After booking they also have same payment option like user/guest · Agent add hotel option not required · Agent also can cancel the booking and cancelation should effect on commission and account part. · Agent should view all total booking, total booking amount, total commission, Pay Out option, and after payout available commission balance & all payout details. Admin: · Hotel Manager need commission option · Add New Hotel need option own hotel or 3rd party · Admin can view total booking, total amount, total commission, total payout, balance payout, payout request hotel or by an agent. After payout should attach payout slip. · Should view canceled booking details and refunded amount, and after refund status(Pending, Refunded) Hotel Panel: · Own Hotel- Extra option needed Book by the administrator · 3rd party hotel – No Book by the administrator · Hotel Managerà View Bookingà View Details o Checked in & Checked out manual option required, and should have an option for uploading multiple documents · Booking history Option need Status(In house , Checked in, Checked Out) · Hotel Manager should view all total booking, total booking amount, total commission, Net Balance after commission, Pay Out option, and after payout available balance & all payout details.(Own Hotel only view total booking, no account option like booking amount and all) User and agent can book the room live if available get an instant booking. Like if we have 50 rooms and admin or hotel manager blocked 10 rooms it ll take automatic booking up to 40 after that it 'll show message Hotel not available booking full or any good message. Payment : Paypal Pay Later(Booking hold for 24 hrs then canceled automatically if not paid) By card(need PayPal payment page by card)
