As soon as a participant registers under a preferred Amount (or package), a count down timer starts and participant should be matched to pay another participant after 7 days. Once the payment is confirmed, the person is immediately (automatically) matched to receive payment. No referral requirements to get matched. That is, participants wait for 7 days before making donation but receives donation immediately once his donation is confirmed.
