Data transfer/update with php script

I have four tables: old_products, old_products_description, new_products, new_products_description. I need a script that will transfer data between the two tables. Here are the specifications:

old_products has the fields: old_products_id (int), old_products_model (varchar)

old_products_description has the fields: old_products_id (int), old_products_description_name (varchar), old_products_description_langauge_id (int)

new_products has the fields: new_products_id (int), new_products_model (varchar)

new_products_description has the fields: new_products_id (int), new_products_description_name (varchar), new_products_description_langauge (int)

My aim is to copy (update) the field new_products_description_name with the data from old_products_description_name where new_products_model = old_products_model and new_products_description_langauge_id = 5. Also note that the four tables are pairs (connected to each other) through their id field. So a product with old_products_id = 45 in old_products table, will always have old_products_id = 45 also in old_products_description. Same goes for the new_products/new_products_description tables. But there can be several rows with id = 45 in old_products_description/new_products_description for each product because a product can have names in different languages (with different language id's). But ID 45 can only have one entity of old/new_products_description_langauge_id =5. In old_products/new_products the ID is unique.

So I need a simple php script to handle this. The database is mysql and it only need to run when running it by viewing it in a browser.
