Hi Months before another freelancer made for me this form integrated in my website: [login to view URL] But now at the point of using it it says a Fail! error... I have the same development working on my freelancer server on: [login to view URL] And from there to debug the form to make it work in my website [login to view URL] My budget is around 10-15 usd (before the whole form creation cost me 30usd, all the development and implementation, and considering we have a functional form working the idea is that you can solve it easy, quick and on this budget) Thanks
