Debug a Web Scraper - PHP and CURL Backend Script

Need to debug a Web Scraper made in PHP & CURL. It was working smoothly 5 years ago when it was made.

I call it Auto Download/upload Script. Download Torrent by logging in a [login to view URL] , and uploading the files to File hosts.

Basic logic how the auto download & upload script work:

[login to view URL] -> Submit a URL($fetchurl) of [login to view URL] page (yes, a HTTPS hosted on CloudFlare) in PostField to start work.

Login to [login to view URL] using CURL, this is where i am getting major problem.

Also the below code doesn't work on this website [login to view URL]

echo file_get_contents($fetchurl);

The other part of this script seems to working...

Include ('[login to view URL]'); -> get torrentfile, title, etc -> call transmission (torrent client) and start download -> check if download is complete 100% -> rar/zip the files if needed and save the files to desired location -> upload to approved file sharing site -> if upload is success to those file sharing sites, add the "download file links" to txt file database -> if stage 1 & stage 2 both complete then write the download link with title of post to the database -> DIE

Person who has done these kind of Webscapping & PHP/CURL script will be preferred.
