Need help with hardware and software design of a set of sensors (already specified) to monitor pH, temperature (Tc), Electrical Conductivity (EC), and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) in water. Prefer to use RasPi (with RTC) as the computer. Will be housed in a Pelican case, with a small display available for operating and configuring/calibrating. The sensors will be detachable via BNC plugs. Power will be AC, external. Communications will be either Ethernet or Wi-Fi (or both). The back end will be a data collection engine (preferably SQL-based) with a visualization and interrogation tool accessible globally via a web page. The collaboration will be remote, however, I can send hardware to you for prototyping and verification. IP will be retained by project sponsor (me!). We will agree upon a scope of work up front, and anything that falls outside of that scope is negotiable as a documented change order. The timeline is final product before August 27, delivered to Vancouver.
