Develop Custome Design Website using WORDPRESS

I need a advanced programmer who is proficient in WORD PRESS CMS blogging system. There is an existing website and database already implemented, but we have recently re designed a new look for the website but we need it to be implemented into wordpress. there are 2 designs; the first page which will run the homepage [this will be more for links and announcements] and the main page which will be for pages and blog posting. All design will be provided. you need to make it all work. i have 2 jobs that are the same and will be given to the qualified worker. this first job will be only for $30US and if you do a good job the next project will be paid at $150US there is currently php code within the website for the media center as so forth so please keep this in mind when implementing this worpdress.. PLEASE NOTE: WORDPRESS IS CURRENTLY WORKING ALREADY WE JUST WANT TO CHANGE THE DESIGN INTO A CUSTOMIZED LOOK! WE NEED CERTAIN CALLS TO WORK AND WE NEED IT DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
