Develop An Ecommerce Store Software

Hello, I am a social media marketer in the ecommerce space and I am looking to create a tool I can use to drastically speed up my ecommerce client prospecting by using AI technology. Currently I am using a site called [login to view URL] which lists every single store created using the Shopify platform. I manually search through millions of ecom stores and then find ones I like the best. Where I then have to find the owners info to reach out. I want to hire a software developer to create a tool that does two things, if possible. First it scrapes [login to view URL] for ecom stores based on filters I can set within the tool. For instance.. industry, monthly revenue etc. Second I can then use the tool to scrape the store owners name, email and phone number to reach out to them. Now I have no clue if this is possible but if it is I would love to chat with someone more knowleadgeable about it. At the moment I would only be using the tool for personal use but in the future depending on how good it is, I may sell it as a monthly subscription tool for other marketers. Someone for this job would be someone experience in software development and coding, someone who is motivated and has some basic understanding of marketing and ecommerce. I hve no clue what the price would be and difficulty for this sort of thing so I am just putting a BASE price for the project.
