Develop a School Management System (SMS)

We are a private tuition provider (education institute). We have more than 300 students, more than 20 teachers and tutors. We got 2 centres in operation. We offer private small group as well individual tuition for students from school years 2 -12 in all the general subjects as well as some special courses. Full detailed requirements will be provided for the interested/selected freelancers. For now, here I am providing a summary. We provide tuition in our two centres face-face (no online tuition at the moment or we are not a tutor finder website). The model is that Tutors work for the company. Students/parents pay the company and the company pay tutors on a weekly basis. Tutors pay is dependent on the number of students in a given group. We are looking to develop a new School Management System (not just learning management) to handle all the major activities with several portals. Summary of major activities: - Student enrolment - Allocation of students to classes and groups - Ability to enter student attendance - Ability to issue invoices, view/edit etc - Keep record of all current students and pas students and their enrolment information - Communicate between admin, students, parents, teachers through the SMS - A calendar visible to all parties (editable by admin) - Calculate the amount dues - Calculate tutor payments - Ability access past data (Student attendance/ payments/ tutor payments etc) - and more Main portals: - Super admin - Admin - Tutor - Student - Parent Other requirements: - System should be fully responsive and tested on multiple mobile platforms as well. - System should have a modern and appealing interface with easy to handle menus sub-menu and details - Incorporate a School Management System (not just learning management) to our website. - The verification and signing off of milestones should not fully rely on videos, images or documents. Proper detailed communication is required to make sure the requirements are met. Successful Bidder: - The successful bidder should be well experienced and be able to provide example of past successful projects upon request. - The successful bidder should be able to deliver the system with quick turnaround time. - The successful bidder should be able demonstrate each functionality via providing access to the actual system running in the developer’s local host. - The successful bidder should be extremely fluent in English and have excellent communication skills for a better progress with no miscommunications.
