Develop Website Builder and Infrastructure

Hello, I need someone who can create a modern website builder and provide recommendation for the infrastructure (creating subdomain and split disk space automatically), etc. Preferred if you have done similar project before for at least one year. This will be 1st phase to create end to end working prototype. Please read the requirement carefully. I am not looking for a wordpress page builder. If you don't know what is website builder, please google first before bid the projects. Note: a) When you bidding the project, please provide one sample url of website builder project that you have done before. Proof that you have read this requirement. If you provide more than one portfolio or any random unrelated portfolios, I will skip your proposal b) There will be 3 phases that you need to pass before I am awarding the project: 1.
