Develop a WordPress based Website

If you are courageous, if you want to work hard, if you are perfectionist, please, continue reading :) I am searching for a company to develop a website based on WordPress regarding a tourism related project (personal project). I only want to work with a company because: 1) This is a relatively complex project. 2) A lot of different tasks need to be done (Website development and Website design). 3) I need this project to be done fast and efficiently and this is why I need to work with an IT project manager. I need to work with 2.5 FTE (Full-time equivalent) during approximately 3 weeks. Here is how we will work: for each day, I need approximately a total of 20 hours of work to be done (that means approximately 100 hours of work per week). Important: As I said above, I need a half-time IT project manager. The IT project manager should work approximately 4 hours of work each day. Others employees should work approximately 16 hours per day. The Website is already on a server development, with its own theme and numerous plugins. 1) You need to work on the theme and on the plugins (configuration, customization, security improvements, JQuery conflicts and other conflicts...). 2) You need to work with different APIs. I am searching for a very reliable, serious and perfectionist, very well organized company. Researched skills are multiple: Project Management (including Website management), Graphic and HTML Design (including adaptative Web design), Plugins Install and Configuration, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery conflicts resolution (and other possible conflicts resolution), Cartography and Maps, APIs configuration (including Google Maps APIs), Programming, Website testing... The employees must be experts in these fields. I will make no compromises on what will be asked. Don't submit if your competences level is too low. VERY IMPORTANT: 1) I will not work with individuals. Do not submit if you are in this case, I will only work with a reliable company. 2) I am a nice person, working with me is generally a good experience, but be aware of what I am searching for: true profesionalism. That is the reason why I need to work with a very talented and perfectionist project manager. I do not want (and I really do not want) to lose my time as I almost always did with all my past projects to check if what I asked was correctly done, loosing tons of hours to explain and explain again the same things (and even sometimes do a part of the job instead of the freelancer!). 3) In the company that I will choose, I need a smart IT project manager to check and double check if all was done perfectly. I need a proactive person. If something that was asked could be improved, let's go ahead! Sure, I will control if the work was well done, but I should only find minor issues or minor things that were forgotten. If I loose my time, the contract will be finished and I will search for another company. HOW WILL I CHOOSE YOU?
