Display/Video Ad Ops Specialist needed for DFP Waterfall/JWplayer Video Ad Implementation

I'm looking for a ad ops video expert that is familiar with JW Player & Doubleclick for publishers that can help me setup a successful waterfall with video through DFP and optimize all macros within the Ad tags I have. I have an ads version of JW player and most of it setup. I'm just confused on the best practices and wanted someone who can work with me to set something as simple as a waterfall up. But correctly.
