This will be a two-phase bidding process. I will select several developers as "winners" of this project to then review the existing code and submit bids on #2, and a more refined bid on #1. I will pay a flat fee of $150 to those developers At that point, I will select on developer to complete the site.

To be clear, your bid here is your rough estimate to complete project based on the requirements (#2). Those selected to submit detailed bids will be given access to the code to complete the bid for #1 and to refine their bids for #2.

This site is fully described here ( [url removed, login to view] ) and here ( [url removed, login to view] ) .

The current site is partially functional, and it's where the screen shots came from in the document. If there are no screen shots, then that part of the application is not functional.

I will post all questions and answers in a text document here: [url removed, login to view]

The winning bid will be judged primarily on qualifications. We are looking for some assurance that the bigger project that you are being paid to bid on will be completed, relatively on-time and relatively on-budget. In addition, there will future work to add enhancements to the site.

Please submit a list of what you believe are similar sites for us to review, your other qualifications,

I know that this is unusual here, but I believe that you get what you pay for - I want good, solid bids, and I believe that professionals should be paid for their time.

If I don't get any bids from developers I feel qualified to complete the larger project, I reserve the right to award no one the work.
