Document Store/version facility in PHP

Document (Maintaining various category wise e-documents, easy circulation, and version controlling, high security in storing document). User access to Alumni. It is module of document management sytem for organisation. Here the logged-in user can create his/her own area to store any document and he/she can update the old document but old document must kept in the system along with new document User can access the docuemtn from his/her area [login to view URL] must some thing like [login to view URL] user can share document to view. Sytem must check all sort of permission issue before review the document.
