We need an additional field to be entered with tickets for agents only (at url [login to view URL]). This field would be called “Reason for Ticket” and would be a drop-down list with the following options:
• KNX Bug
• Misinterpretation of Requirements
• KNX HW
• KNX Doc
• Cust. Hardware
• Cust. Training
The results of this will then need to be on the main table that displays tickets (at [login to view URL]) see image below.
This will require knowledge of mysql and php.
