Drupal 7 Content Type Creation and Desktop and Mobile View Update

I currently have a website that I need to update the content type and block views. I need someone well versed in Drupal, CSS, Block Views and content type association. The views must adjust to mobile and deskotp views. I need this done in 1-2 days max. This should be easy for someone that knows Drupal/CSS/Mobile/Views Module well.
