email marketing script to import list into webforms

i need to have a little script that do the following: 1-extract necessary fields and functions from a HTML form code (of any autoresponder system/software/service) 2-import fields from a csv or txt and fill the webform at step 1 3-start the script , it will get first record (name1,email@email1) of the imported list (step2), fill webform (step1) fields and click "submit "button 4-to avoiding blocks, after 200 records, script pause for xx seconds, the restart from last imported record here is the logic of the project into this short video [login to view URL] no preference of code, but i want a web App to be installed into a Linux Server the script will not: -keep record of any previous importing -check anything into the imported list -send email
