Embeddable Web Widget using Javascript

I am looking to develop Embed-able Web Widget.
This will be very similar to OutBrain ([url removed, login to view]) or AddThis ([url removed, login to view])
Client will embed single line JS.
Our Web Widget will be then be embedded on client website.
This has to be done as async
