Hi, I looking for solution to embeded code subscribe form (signup form) from mailchimp by using "single opt-in". Please bid only you have experience.

Remark:

1. platform Magento

2. I can only access themeing popup html code on server (can't upload/create any file) so we can't use API ** as I knew only API then we can using single opt-in

3. Mailchimp only allow double option for signup form
