Extend a custom-built PHP house renting application

A customer has an old custom-built PHP application where customers can rent holiday houses on a weekly basis. The project is very basic. It Is a series of forms and a database, which stores all the houses and all the weeks in each year and tracks whether this week is occupied or not.
The new extension project should allow the customer to set a price for each week on each property in the already existing backend of this application. Standard prices for each season should be pre-defined, and it should be possible to change prices on individual weeks.
The reservation process should be expanded so that the price for the booking is shown to the customer and added to a PDF template and sent to the customer.
I am looking for a freelancer who can understand the project and then work on a practical solution on his own. I won't provide detailed screendesigns or software architecture.
The project should be finished by end of July. The total budget is around 800$.
