Facebook Donation Button Activation

I have a charitable organization in Australia that wants to place a "Donate" button on its facebook page. We have gone thru all of the appropriate steps several times but an error message saying "tax file number is invalid" keeps appearing. This is incorrect. We have confirmed with the Australian Tax Office that the tax file number is correct. We are sick of messing around with this and just want it fixed. Anyone who can install a working donation button on our site will be paid the nominated amount of $150.00 AUD
