Fix [Connection refused #111] issue in laravel

I am getting error (connection could not be established with host [login to view URL] [Connection refused #111]) while trying to send email from my laravel project using gmail credentials. I know its a less than 5 min project for those who know laravel and have faced this issue earlier. 5 Star rating garunteed. Note: I have already tried 1- Enable Less secure Apps on gmail 2- enable/disable 2 step verification on gmail 3- Create application password on gmail 4- Used Post 465 tested 465 and 587 But none of this worked for me.
