Fix and Optimize Magento Server Issues

- Intel Xeon E3-1230 v2 - 16GB Memory - 500GB SATA HDD 7200rpm - cPanel Inc cPanel - CentOS 6 x64 - Proactive Monitoring and Alerting SLA - 10 TB Bandwidth Please only apply for this if your are Magento and Server Administrator expert - applicants with Magento certification would be considered more favourably. reason for this is because We need specific information on causes of high loads and high resource consuming scripts and applications and to fix them on server and magento and sql database - what - where and why we are continually getting issues, we are not looking for quick or short term fix - then for problems to happen again. We have some software such as nginx - redis - running on server to help optimize the magento stores and make them more efficient - however the freelancer will need to check and offer any alternatives or improvements on current setup as part of the task. Firstly, We have couple of Magento 1 sites and also a Magento 2 site which is in development, setup on a dedicated server over the last few weeks we have been having problems where the sites have stopped responding for short or long period of times, some of the errors we would get are Service Unavailable - The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. 502 Bad Gateway Nginx Internal server error – The server encountered an internal server error or misconfiguration additionally a 503 service unavailable error was encountered We either restart the server and issues are resolved or sometimes even after restarting server and or services such as nginx and apache the problem continues Then the site run absolutely fine and fast loading – it is an intermittent issues so it can happen anytime but seems to be happening more over the last couple of weeks and now on daily basis maybe even several times throughout the day randomly. We need a specialist to check all our server settings and log files and fix these issues and prevent them from happening in the future, optimize the server so all of its resources are being utilize ensuring fast and error free server. We need someone who can do it urgently as we have development work and live sites on this server and cause minimum interruptions to our live sites will need approx 3 - 4 weeks to verify any changes and fixes the freelancer applies because as we mentioned the issues are intermittent we cannot replicate them at will to test the fixes applied.
