I have 2 websites ( both on the same server and both with the same issue) that was built by a previous developer who I am no longer in contact with. and now I have a few issues that have come up - namely 2: the email notifications (notification of new order, order confirmation and order status emails to customers) although active - they are not sending/being received. second issue is the email address that website queries is set as is no longer accessible and every time I try to change it , it says it's sent an email which I will need to verify before it is confirmed and changed but I never receive this e-mail. the website was made using woocommerce. I would like to pay a fixed monthly fee to maintain my website (any issues and help with small changes)

Hi, Surprisingly enough this is a common issue I have found with wordpress, though. Particularly this is happening because of the nature of the php mail function. It can be deemed as non-legit and automatically killed by servers. I recently fixed this issue and it now works fine. I would love to help you resolve it. Regards, Teddy Cummings
