Fix up wordpress site appearance and integrate forms with hubspot

I need a wordpress site appearance fixed up to roughly look like a spec I've received. I also need the theme forms integrated with hubspot CRM. Please don't take on this role unless you are familiar with hubspot, a good wordpress administrator/php coder, website developer. I need the postcode field in the quote form to be a lookup for postcodes, i.e. when you start to type in the postcode a drop down list will appear of suburbs/cities that match your entry. I need a new quote field type added for address entry that uses google's search api for address completion. I want this to be just rough and for you to concentrate on functionality first. If you go ok with this task and work well with me you will be engaged to complete the whole site.
