I need to create an Algorithm to crosscheck data about flights that are delayed or canceled all around the world (using Flightaware system or similar), linking this data with weather forecast and making a conclusion around the possibility (from 0% to 100%) of this flight being delayed or canceled in the future. Using this Algorithm, I need a website where travelers can check this possibilities of their future flights being delayed or canceled.
