Generating XML tags in the XML

I have a problem with my PHP as i'm trying to generate XML to output the 149 tags in the xml, but on mine it will only show 69 tags in the GenerateXML.php. I'm using [login to view URL] to get the list of programming in per channel which is working fine. There is something wrong somewhere in the [login to view URL] so i need your help to fix it. Will only pay $20 for quick small job. Thankls for your interest...

I have read the attached files and found the issue there. My solution will select items using xpath and make sure all the programmes from all the channels in listing will be written to xml.
