On-going Maintenance and update of existing site. Long term contract

Hello,
I am looking for a talented WordPress developer to work with me on an on-going basis.
The site has been done using Divi theme, and I need someone very fluent in using Divi and WordPress in general. The type of work required would include maintaining the site, adding more content, pages, correcting errors and improving existing code. The work right now is for a few hours a week and I need someone who will be responsible and be able to finish the tasks assigned in a timely manner (max 24 hours).
The site is for an App that helps people with cancer, diabetes, heart disease etc. The project is free and funded from my pocket. So the budget is tight. I am looking for a developer who is willing to work at $3-$4 an hour for this project. Sorry, the price is non-negotiable and any bids above $4 will be discarded.
