Google webmaster performance data problem

I have recently changed theme and developed my website. It is many years old site in wordpress but after changing theme, Google webmaster performance data is not showing like “keywords & queries” countries, devices. Can someone help me? I will release amount only when data like queries countries, devices will appear.
