Grid Masonry or photo Gallery WordPress and Website update

The only MODIFICATION is that I would like it to be AS PER ATTACHED DOCUMENT. (A) 4 column grid with 4 diffrent size images and (B) 3 column grid with 4 different size images. Its IMPORTANT that the images can be laid out and later be changed out as per attached document. The Upload of Images and Changes of images size within the grid should be EASY. I will need to see a working demo preferably a video (different size image upload) - on your hosting how the upload of images is done and how are they managed on the website.
