Help with Wordpress Gravity Forms

I have created a questionnaire (Form A) in GFs. This can be accessed from the main website and upon completion, the user gets a free pdf copy of their answer to the questions. This is available for immediate download and is sent to their email address.
I have created another Form (Form B) which will be paid for by the user. On this Form, the user will have recommended actions to be taken, depending on their answer in Form A.
i.e. if they answer question 1 with a yes, they will receive the recommended actions for question 1 yes. if they answer question 1 with a no, they will receive the recommended actions for question 1 no.
I would like a form that can be automatically populated and available immediately as a pdf copy and sent to their email (similar to the free pdf copy.)
The form I have created as a pdf, doesn't look very professional and I would like this enhancing so Form A and B look the same and professional.
