Image & Link tracking

I'm looking for a solution, where I can track if images attribution ( link ) is provided or not if my images from my website are used. I would provide membership to people who wish to use images, so not anyone can use it. but they have to use it on approved sites, we have to make sure its not used in other sites & also have to check if link Is provided. On authorized websites how would you check if a link is given? on unauthorised sites can we find which user download/used the image? there are solutions like below, but not sure if they would work on my site ( Wordpress) [login to view URL]
