Inline phone verification with ajax and SMS OTP

Hello, what i need is to have possibility to insert in a WEB FORM a field to veryfy phone number of the user before submitting the form. So what could be: 1) user fills the form with all details 2) user fill in one phone field his mobile phone number 3) the user press the verify button 4) by ajax request is sent an OTP to the specified phone number 5) the script output if message containing otp has been send or some error happen checking status in the remote SMS gateway, if message delivereit it show up the OTP field 6) the user fill in the OTP he recived by SMS, the system by ajax check validity of this OTP, after this the field result verified 7) finally the user can submit the form Best part of the system is done here: [login to view URL] I attach file of my SMS gateway where is explaine d how it works.
