integrate Live broadcast software API on wordpress

My WordPress based learning management system needs a live broadcast software integration. This online classroom module includes an existing appointment booking plugin(you need to develop the dependent plugin) for the connection between an appointment system and live broadcast software. My requirements are Once this appointment made（a time slot has been taken by Tutor and student using that existing plugin）, generate an online classroom for both teacher and student(s) both tutor and student will be able to join the online classroom after clicking on the bottom. Display appointment booking records onto the new post that records generated by the existing plugin and using calendar view and list view, you can use this popular calendar (Month, week, daily)open-source [login to view URL] , both tutor and student will join the online classroom by clicking the button from here. Also, values and status changing will reflect to the automatically generated post I will add two or more custom fields for this custom post type that will not affect records coming from other plugins.
