Hi, I am looking for someone to do custom work for my Kolor Panotour Pro virtual tour project. Features I want to implement in the tour: 1. Search function One of the (gigapixel) panoramas presents a stone table containing names of people. The goal is to create a search function (for example in the sidebar or as a action button) that will enable the user to find a person by inserting his name or surname. After clicking in the result (a person found from the database) the info page will display additional information about a person found (text, images). The first idea that comes to my mind is to use html pages as as base for this feature. 2. Smart Language switcher The tour has to be created in two languages: Polish and English. The goal is to create a feature that wil enable a user to dynamically switch between the languages, regardless of the currently displayed panorama or a screen. 3. Offline viewing The tour has to be able to be viewed without internet connection. The goal is to create a virtual tour version, containing all the functions above, that could be launched and viewed from a pendrive, DVD disc or a memory card. Please provide estimated time and budget required to create a tour containing the above functions.

Here is how I understand your requirements and how I think the features should be done. I have some questions also. 1. Search function. I think the virtual tour is inside and iframe. So you can put that iframe into a webpage and it would be ok to add a sidebar to the page with the search functionality. You want to have a panorama with a stone plate with names on them, so a user can search for those names in a database. Do you want the search to be started by clicking on one of the names in on the panorama? Or you just want a user to be able to look at a name, then enter the name into a search box and search this way? The additional data for the search result (images, text) can be pulled from the database no problem. 2. Change languages on the fly. Easy task with React. It will maintain a language state and render a selected language really efficiently. 3. Enable offline usage, usage from pendrive, DVD. You can save the the app to offline. The problem is how big the database is and how many images need to be saved for offline. If there are few and database is small then you can dump the database into a js file. For that you can direct a user to a url that allows for offline saving, and the main url will have the database version of the website (Tell user how to save or prepackage site assets in a zip file). The search can be slower in js if a database is really big. We can discuss the project in details through a chat.
