Hi, I have read your issue, I have been working with PWAs from a long time. I also faced similar a while back, for install banner to appear you must serve your app over https protocol otherwise it wont work, Also there are some rules that must be followed so that you PWA works properly, You can message me for detailed discuss thanks.
