At the moment we're looking for a seasoned PHP programmer who can help us build a customized, 'lean and mean' CMS for us. As a small creative agency based in The Netherlands ('Holland'), we would like to have a standard set of ready-to-use classes. Through this basic system, we might be able to develop small to medium sized sites for our clients. The free open source projects from the net do not answer our needs.
We started out earlier with GoLive, but now that Adobe has given up support, we're more or less lost. Basically, our clients need basic sites: a news section, a product gallery, product info and a contact form. They wish to enter their own information on a regular basis, but nothing fancy. Other functionality will not be needed at this stage, but it should be possible to insert other modules later on.
An OOP-based structure will most likely be the best solution, as the structure must be easily re-usable. This way, we will be able to design custom sites using the same basis, thus offering value for money to our clients.
