Magento 2 PHP sales order export to CSV script

Need a simple PHP script for Magento 2 that will export any sales order that is status Pending This script will be used with cron to run every 30 mins, if there is any order with a status of pending, the script needs to export all order information to a csv file. The file does not have to have headers. This is a simple task for a magento 2 developer and we can only pay $15. this is not in a hurry, it cn be done in several days.
