1. Magento site's order should sync on Uniware - i.e. should be able to create invoices from Uniware itself

2. Magento site catalogue should auto sync (quantities) with Uniware i.e. if some product is Out of Stock in Uniware, it should automatically become Out of Stock on the Magento site

3. Our site version is old, need to upgrade the version
