Merge Hard Fork of Bitcoin Diamond and BTC to create a new Blockchain - POS w Masternodes like PIVX

This project is focused on cryptocurrency adoption. We have created an innovative infrastructure to create cryptocurrency denominated storefronts and we would like to tokenize our features by taking a snapshot of the BTC chain and BCD chain at a particular block height and airdrop our coin to Bitcoin and Bitcoin Diamond holders.
I will need help with the following:
1. Create web wallet and/or QT wallet
2. Issue pre-mine for bounty at genesis block
3. Code to take a snapshot Bitcoin and Bitcoin Diamond blockchain on the last block mined on November 24 8:00 UPC +8 (1 BTC: 100 Newcoin, 1 BCD: 100 Newcoin)
4. Code must work so our partner wallet providers can claim the newcoin
5. Implement codebase for the new coin to be proof of stake with tiered masternodes (3) similar to PIVX
6. block rewards for staking and masternodes will change at different block height to create a fun structure
7. setup masternodes to be fully functional
