Modify A PHP Registration / Log-In Script To Add Referral Functioning

Hello, Looking to see if someone can Modify a PHP Registration / Login Script that allows Visitors to Sign-Up or Join to be a Member, AND Add Referral Functioning that would include the ability for Members or Users to... 1- Have A Referral URL similar to: [login to view URL] 2- Have Tracking Functioning to see things like how many Visitors have Viewed the Referral URL, how many Joined or Signed-Up, plus other standard types of tracking stats. 3- When a Visitor Fills in the Registration Form to Join or Register after using the Referral URL, the Referral Member will see that person in a List in their back office area or profile area under "Referred Members". 4- It would need to have Multi Level Referral Functioning so that the Direct Referrer would see the New Member (pending) Listed in their back office area, and the 2nd Level Referrer would also see the info for that New Member (pending) in their List as well (noted as 2nd level) - possibly by auto-populating certain fields associated with the Referral URL Link. 5- Each of the 2 Level Members who see the New Member (pending) in their List, would Need to "Confirm" the New Member before they were listed on the system as "Active" - by Clicking a "Confirm" Button next to the New Member's Name, that can only be pressed once to Confirm, NO Un-Confirm Button for users (only Admin). 6- I would also Need Certain Fields to be Added, Modified, or Deleted, and Display the Fields in the Members or Users Back Office Area within a Tabbed Box Area, so that Certain Fields can be viewed in areas of similar types of Fields, such as Profile data, Referral Links or URL data, and Other types or categories, etc... [Note: If this is pretty reasonably priced I would have an additional project to Add Additional Functioning to this same Script that does not specifically fit within the guidelines of the Project Title... Which would consist of possibly integrating a PHP CMS system to allow the Member or User data to appear on certain web pages based on whether or not people used the Referral URL or are logged-in to view their Upline (or Admin) Profile Field Data using some type of {shortcode}...] Thank You!
