I’m looking someone(s) who create and configure a module for our website, based on prestashop.
General: Our website is looking for sell car parts. They are more than 2 million of products, where each of them is compatible with several vehicles, classified in:
TYPE OF VEHICLE > BRAND > MODEL > TYPE OF CAR > ENGINE > YEAR.
EXAMPLE: LIGHT VEHICLE > FORD > FOCUS > SEDAN > 2.0 L4 > 2012
** Products could have 1 vehicles compatibles, as more than 100.000.
Before making the module, is better to create a new table for save the vehicles compatibles related to the products.
Objective:
1. Create a new a table for save the vehicles compatibles related to the products (PRODUCT ID)
2. For make fast the experience of the client using our website and not waste their time searching by the classification of the cars, the client could consult and specific alphanumeric code of 6 digits which is related to 1 car classification. For that, it’s needed to create a new table with 8 million of data where I can upload, modify and delete:
ALPHANUMERIC CODE > TYPE OF VEHICLE > BRAND > MODEL > TYPE OF CAR > ENGINE > YEAR
EXAMPLE: AA0000 > LIGHT VEHICLE > FORD > FOCUS > SEDAN > 2.0 L4 > 2012
3. Create a vehicle search filter (related to the products) for the front-end, where the clients easily select the vehicle information for the search the products.
4. Related to number 2: create a consultation alphanumeric box, where in seconds will show the car related and the products results.
5. Create a new frame on the product page with all the vehicles compatible, with filter boxes in every field of:
TYPE OF VEHICLE > BRAND > MODEL > TYPE OF CAR > ENGINE > YEAR.
6. We need to be capable of manipulate the 2 tables related to objective 1 and 2, by importing/exporting CSV, modify and delete 1 field.
7. The site need to be fast, despite the big data manipulated:
a. Related to objective 1: the database could be up to 400.000.000 of data.
b. Related to objective 2: the database could be up to 8.000.000 of data.
