There are some changes I want.

Examples:
- The markers should be read via ajax, not static
- When in db the markers change: Also change on the site (via ajax)
- When user leftclicks: Add a marker and write to db via ajax
- When I rightclick: Delete the marker (if there is one) and delete in db also
Also: I want to zoom in. You need to be able to implement [login to view URL]
(or simething very similar)
Also: I want to be able to edit the text that goes with the markers.
Also: I want to change the color of the markers
