Cleaning Company have several employees’, who get salary each month. Cleaning Company have different managers, who manage the salary hours. Each employee has a normal hourly rate 10 USD, but between 6pm and 10pm they get 1 USD extra per hour, and between 10pm and 5am they get 2 USD extra per hour. On sundays they also get extra.
Each employee has a fix contract in the Cleaning Company. It means, they have fixed hour in a month. Our payroll is from 15th in a month to 14th in next month.
Each employee has fixed hours in a month, it means if they have 5 hours a day (Monday to friday) from 3pm to 8pm, they should get 3 hour of 10 USD per hour, and 2 hours with additional 1 USD per hour. So it means They will get 30 USD for first 3 hours, and 20USD + 2 USD for the rest 2 hours.
Today we use an excel sheet for this, where example 1 employee have 4 hours a day, and 2 hours of them is with extra bonus. But the problem is, when the manager enters all the salary hours’ information in this sheet, he is able to change the hours.
Example: If an employee in the contract have to work from 3pm to 8 pm, and get 3 hours 10USD per hour, and 2 hours with 10USD per hour + 2 USD extra per hour. Total salary 52 USD – so sometime, the employee tell he started 3pm and finish 9pm. In this case, because manager don’t have the contract and can check up, or don’t have time – the company has to pay the employee 2 hours of 10 USD per hour, and 3 of 10 USD per hour + 3 USD per hour for the extra. Total salary will now be 53 USD.
So because of a small fault, company loss 1 USD this day.
So we need an online system, where we can put all hours on an employee and lock the hours. So if we give an employee a contract, where he will work from 3 pm to 8 pm, 5 hours with 3 hours of 10 USD per hour, and 2 hours with 10 USD per hour + 2 USD their manager should not be able to put more hours in this system. Either this, or where the system counts all the extra hours and send a mail to the responsible in the Cleaning Company.
