Need web developers and designers to develop multiple websites / apps -- apply only if you agree to all terms

We are currently looking for business partners and developers who will work with us on developing three projects on partnership bases. We will pay a monthly fee of 10,000 INR during the development stage and then release the final agreed amount per project after completion . The development firm shall have a small percentage share in profits as well... Basic idea of the projects : 1# Matrimony website and App Samples: [login to view URL] + theknot ( but modified to feel like shopify ) 2# Medical records and E commerce website and App Samples : Microsoft healthvault + Myntra 3# A rather simple website with unlimited scrolling which is dark like the Galaxy. Every user that For every user that registers on our website a star is placed for them in the galaxy. A star is like a profile page . So, when somebody hovers over a star it should show the name, pic email and other features which will be explained during the development stage. Apart from stars, there shall be groups which form the "Galaxies" Ex: John is a member on our website. His user id is john 123 , so there will be a star placed randomly on our website called John123 John is an employee of Walkingonwater. The company Walkingonwater will have its own galaxy called WOW, which is nothing but a collection of all employees . John123 will now be part of this galaxy WOW , so when a search is performed for John123, his star SHOULD MENTION HE IS PART OF WOW GALAXY and/or When somebody is viewing the galaxy of WOW it should show JOHN123 as a part of it. GALAXIES will have CONSTELLATIONS within them ... ex : WOW will have constellations called DEVELOPERS, DESIGNERS etc So John123 , assuming he is a designer will reflect in the DEISGNERS CONSTELLATION of WOWGALAXY OTHER BASIC REQUIREMENTS: THE sites hav to be RESPONSIVE in design...The MEDICAL APP needs to be worked in phases were the first phase needs to be developed for both Desktop and ANDROID Back end needs to be done either in PHP and MYSQL or any other DB which you think is going to be efficient and easy to manage Front end : HTML , CSS , BOOTSTRAP , JQUERY depending on the requirement. Parallax scrolling is an important feature on the website so choose carefully! It is a dynamic website , so technical specifications and requirements are to be presented by your team. We can finalize them in a day.
