New switchboard for MiRTA PBX

We need to hire for this project a developer with strong HTML5, Javascript/JQuery knowledge and original graphic ideas with previous experience in web interfaces for phone systems. We plan to completely rewrite the current switchboard for MiRTA PBX. The current switchboard is based on Websockets, but the graphic is old fashioned and not appealing. Good communication and teamwork skills are required. You'll be required to work in a team with an internal developer handling the backend and API stuffs, so good written english is required. PHP knowledge is advised, but not required. The new switchboard will be based on tabs and objects. Each object can be placed on the screen in different position and resized at will. Each tab can include several objects. If the screen is resized, the size of the objects contained will be reduced/increased to maintain proportions, so changing the screen size will be not a problem. Currently, only one type of object is available, but several will be needed in the future. The first goal will be to create the structure with tabs and one type of object, the switchboard. In attach you can see the current switchboard and a nice switchboard available on competing product. Each extension on the switchboard should allow showing an image from the employee, the name and description, a way to show its current status (Offline, in use, ringing...), a way to show the current connected number and one or more icons to dial him or pickup his ringing calls. To be hired, please provide some previous works images, your current knowledge and if you like to impress myself, a rendering of a possible switchboard element.
