NextPost Instagram Tool Proxy ERROR

Hi there,

I Installed Nextpost ''Instagram Auto Post & Scheduler - Nextpost Instagram'' to my website. and the website is working perfectly but in the user dashboard, having a big issue. add new Instagram account function is not working. especially users can't add their instagram account. because of the proxy issue. they are getting an error saying ''proxy is not valid''

I have private proxy servers on [login to view URL], I asked from [login to view URL] CS and they said the proxy is active.

so I think this maybe script problem. if anyone knows to fix this issue quickly. much appreciated.
