So, what we need is two different things. I had these programmed on our original site here: www.garrysun.com. Now we have upgraded to 184.108.40.206 (here: [url removed, login to view]) and the upgraded software doesn't work. I can supply the program that someone else wrote a few years back for #1. #2 works as well but I am not sure where it is on the site. You can use this old software or start from scratch.
Here is the problem:
We sometimes use options to sell different quantities of our product. When we do this we set the price to be zero and use an extension call "Options with Quantities" to create a table with pricing. See an example here: [url removed, login to view]
Some of our products just use standard pricing: [url removed, login to view]
The problem is the category page displays 0 instead of the options price and both of these ways of pricing products need to be able to be put on sale from time to time.
Here is what we need:
1. Show the lowest price in the options with quantities table as the price on the category page (the list of products) instead of 0 (if the price is zero). If there is an actual price (we don't always use options) we want that to display as always. If any of the options have a special price (see below) the price on the category page should say "On Sale!" in red.
2. Add a section on the back end that allows for specials on each of the price options. See the attached screenshots of how our current site is. In the backend we need a section to add the special and we need to display it next to the original option price (crossed out with the special price in red) as you see in the screenshot.
On the category page, if one of the options is on sale (specials) the price should say On Sale! in red (as mentioned above), but only if one or more options are on sale. The products that use the standard specials section from Opencart should show as always with the original price crossed out and the new price in red next to it (as it does by default).
Let me know what you think you can do about these two items and how much it will cost.
Here is an example of a category page. See the products that show as $0.00 and those are ones with multiple product options: https://garrysun.com/staging/index.php?route=product/category&path=59_61_101
