Optimize Joomla Website loading speed

Hello I am using latest joomla on my website. and using JCH optimize to optimize pages loading speed. If I am accessing site as a guest, all pages load very fast, but once I log in some pages loading speed drops down very much. For guests almost all pages load within 3 second when for logged in users it goes up to 7-8 second for some pages. It's ok but for one page it goes up to 20 seconds which is very bed.
For user community I use Easysocial, but what I don't understand is that page which loads within 20 seconds is almost same as pages which load within 7 seconds.
So I am ready to hire developer who can find out reason and solve problem, also I will require to explain me what job was done and how so that next time I will be able to solve it myself.
