Order Ticket System + Admin Panel + Multiple Payment Vendor support

I want a ticket order system made so people can order discount codes from me, as you can see in the first image, I want something like a that, and I want you to be able to login to your own account, and request a email verification, and they should be able to verify and login to that. Then they should be landed onto a page similar to this once they are logged in and they have verified their account. Getting to the second image we can see that there is different inquiries they can contact us about, I want to be able to add and remove categories from a panel, and I want me, and my support agents to be able to view and respond to the tickets, mark them as closed etc. There should be multiple drop downs, one should be The type of coupon they want to order, for example Chipotle, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Firehouse Subs, and General Inquiry. Another drop down would be the payment method, PayPal (paypal integration is cool if possible), Stripe (I want direct stripe integration in there as well), CashApp. The payment should be directly integrated, and the support agents should be able to choose and sent a preset message seeking payment, the type of codes and the total based on the codes they chose. Once the payment goes through they should automatically get their codes from a database where you can add the different codes in the admin panel, and it should support images as well. ReCaptcha integration would be nice to prevent bots during the sign up verification phase in your email, and before you place a ticket. There should also be the capability to add and remove different agent accounts in the admin panel and you should be able to edit the knowledge base directly through the admin panel, there should be an FAQ section in the admin panel as well. The home page should be relatively simple, it should say Food Hub, and it should say join our discord server in the bottom right, and it should have a discord icon, and then the login (email and password boxes with recaptcha and logo on top of both of them with a sign in or sign up box) The sign up box should also have Email, Password, and discord. The user panel should have create a ticket, knowledge base, change info which allows them to change their password and email, and the discord. The password and email should require verification.
